We offer refunds only if our software fails to function as intended. If you have issues using the software or believe it is not working properly, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will try to resolve any technical problems you are experiencing.
1. Eligibility for Refund
If we cannot resolve your issues and the software demonstrably does not work, we will provide a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Provide proof of purchase.
- Provide detailed information explaining the technical issues.
- Contact us within the 14-day window from the date of purchase.
2. Cases Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- You no longer want the software or changed your mind.
- You do not have the technical skills to use the software (we provide support for this).
- Your account was banned or suspended due to misuse or violation of game terms.
- The software works as intended but does not meet your personal expectations.
3. Processing Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
